A little bit about our team: WMG Finance is a global finance organization designed to partner and execute growth, fuel & accelerate artist/songwriter deal making, and provide timely and accurate financial data, to ensure sound financial decisions and execute on our strategic goals. We expect financial discipline, accuracy and completeness of financial statements and monitoring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. In addition, the finance department is responsible for ensuring that internal control policies are adequate and implemented. Your role: The Senior Director will lead the preparation and review of U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings while overseeing global tax provision calculations under ASC 740. This high-impact leadership role involves managing a mix of internal staff and third-party providers to ensure technical accuracy, process efficiency, and strategic tax planning.
