About The Position

The Distribution Account Management function is Nexperia’s main interface to assigned distribution partners and customers. The role determines and executes account strategy, coordinating associated initiatives across Nexperia to maximize sales, profit, and market position in line with global growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English speaking and reading proficiency.
  • Proven track record in Distribution business; established network at headquarters and branches.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, results orientation, customer focus.
  • Team player with problem-focused mentality; executes quickly involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to interface confidently across multiple organizational levels (internal and external).
  • Meets deadlines and follows through.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor's Degree —preferably in Electrical Engineering or related tech field.
  • 5+ years Sales/Marketing experience in semiconductor Distribution (Account Manager); 7–10 years preferred for Corporate Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies and programs to maximize sales and profit; own relevant KPIs and drive corrective actions when required.
  • Understand the account’s business strategy, opportunities, and issues; tailor Nexperia value propositions accordingly.
  • Promote Nexperia’s portfolio and value proposition with accounts and top-end customers in cooperation with field sales teams (internal and external).
  • Communicate with all, and engage focus branches, for design ins and orders.
  • Map formal and informal hierarchies; identify decision makers and develop relationship strategies to strengthen Nexperia’s position.
  • Create and execute negotiation strategies and tactics throughout the year in cooperation with Commercial Marketing.
  • Represent and convey account needs internally, ensuring priorities are aligned to execute the strategy.
  • Monitor logistics/quality performance and engage relevant stakeholders to resolve issues (internal and external).
  • Ensure timely, accurate updates of all key internal systems and processes.
  • Keep updated a Customer Business Plan communicating expectations and requirements to meet business targets.
  • Gather and communicate market and competitor intelligence into the organization.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Take ownership of relevant KPIs (e.g., POA/POS, EBIT, cash flow, market share) and drive corrective actions as needed.
