About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Education and Training Coordinator UL Research Institutes, based in our Columbia, MD office. The Senior Education and Training Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational and training programs. The Senior Education and Training Coordinator will collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop training materials, and ensure the effective implementation of education and training initiatives. What you’ll learn and achieve: As the Senior Education and Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you: Design and create training materials, curriculum, and resources. Ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives and audience needs. Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to identify training needs and goals. Conduct assessments and surveys to determine gaps in knowledge and skills. Assist in delivering training sessions, whether in-person or virtually. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement. Help manage the training budget effectively and allocate resources. Identify cost-effective solutions for delivering training programs. Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and external partners. Communicate with management to ensure alignment with organizational strategies. Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain high-quality standards in training content and delivery. Perform other duties as assigned.
