Randall Electrical is currently seeking a top-tier Senior Electrical Estimator to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters. You will provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of: Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects to include renovations, tenant build outs, and ground up construction.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years combined experience in: Multi-Residential / Commercial & Industrial / Manufacturing Electrical Estimating
Minimum 5 years in electrical field experience.
Knowledge in Accubid estimating software preferred.
Well versed in NEC Requirements.
Capable Computer skills to include email use, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid and File organization.
Experienced in Design Build, Design Assist, and Layout of electrical systems.
Educated in the materials, means and methods of Commercial, Multi-Residential & Industrial / Manufacturing Installations.
Strong Communication Skills and Leadership Qualities
Time conscious (can be on time and efficient).
Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and teamwork.
Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety procedures.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday
Ability to lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day.
Ability to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in Accubid estimating software preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of: Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects to include renovations, tenant build outs, and ground up construction.
Work Hand in Hand with the Vice President of Operations & Principal of Company.
Participate in contract negotiations.
