Senior Engineer- (Painter) - Palace
About The Position
Description: Responsibilities include directly supporting and enforcing all initiatives given by the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing HVAC/Central Plant SR. Respond to job assignments in the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all equipment and related components as directed. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" culture. Makes all necessary repairs to maintain the properties operations. Responds to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience or discomfort. Becomes thoroughly familiar with all systems throughout the property. Responsible for training less experienced Team Members. Maintains all tools and maintenance equipment. Formulate bill of materials to accomplish assigned tasks. Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Must have minimum 5 years HVAC and Central Plant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ability to use and carry job related equipment.
- Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate "Master" level in one specific trade.
- Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.
