About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with a strong background in the telecom domain, specifically focusing on RAN (Radio Access Network) and Core performance. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will work closely with network engineers and product managers to understand performance requirements for RAN and Core networks, develop solutions for data ingestion, processing, and analysis of network performance metrics, and integrate applications with various telecom network elements and data sources. Ensuring code quality, testability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews is essential. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in production environments will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in Java, Spring Boot, and telecommunications is crucial. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Proven experience in the telecommunications domain, with a deep understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) and Core network architectures.
