Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams focused on tooling or developer productivity.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD platforms, and the current landscape of AI-assisted engineering.
• Ability to translate developer pain points into a strategic technical roadmap.
• A passion for creating internal products that prioritize developer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct the creation of standardized IDE configurations and plugins for a seamless developer experience.
