Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 6 years of experience as an Engineering Manager with web-based applications, or 4 years with a Master's degree.
• Expertise in designing APIs and microservices using technologies like React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Golang.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using Git and AWS or Bitbucket pipelines.
• Proficiency in designing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong coaching skills to guide software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile engineering team to achieve product roadmap objectives.
• Oversee the entire technology stack, focusing on both frontend and backend technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy Cloud-based applications with a microservices architecture.
• Partner with product managers to deliver timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize code, automate routine tasks, and troubleshoot issues.
• Research new technologies to align with the business unit's strategic direction.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to support their growth.
