The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of banks, lenders, fintechs, and other ARM industry partners. Acting as a strategic advisor, this role is responsible for driving partner portfolio performance, maximizing recovery outcomes, and ensuring clients fully leverage Bounce’s platform across their collections lifecycle. This position requires a strong familiarity with collections operations, recovery strategies, servicing models and compliance considerations across early-stage, late-stage, and charged-off accounts. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, surface customer insights that help shape product direction, and contribute to building scalable account management processes as the organization continues to grow. The ideal candidate will understand creditor economics, recovery KPIs, and vendor management dynamics. They’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where partner portfolio performance and creditor outcomes are central.
