About The Position

TTL is seeking a Senior Environmental Professional to join our team in our Atlanta region. This position will require a Professional Engineer or Geologist with a proven record in multi-discipline project management including experience supporting large, complex, and linear corridor projects. The successful candidate will bring expertise in brownfields, environmental due diligence, site remediation and/or natural resources, along with strong project management capabilities. Preferred candidates will have a record of community engagement and established community relationships.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related field
• Georgia registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Geologist (P.G.)
• 10+ years of progressive engineering/geology experience in environmental consulting with increasing technical and leadership responsibility
• Proven project management experience
• Demonstrated, strong technical proficiency within area(s) of expertise
• Demonstrated experience in Atlanta, GA market
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical authority for complex environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory strategy projects
• Lead permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory coordination with federal, state, and local agencies
• Provide technical leadership in the preparation, review, and approval of environmental reports, permit applications, and regulatory submittals
• Manage and deliver complex projects, including scope development, budgeting, schedule control, quality assurance, and profitability
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff; provide technical oversight and QA/QC
• Support business development efforts by leveraging existing professional relationships and industry presence - including building and maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat work
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth in the Atlanta market
