Our ideal candidate is an experienced hotel event professional with a minimum of two years of event planning and execution experience, including a proven track record of managing large‑scale programs of 500+ attendees for notable, high‑profile clients. They excel at overseeing multifaceted events, anticipating client needs, and coordinating cross‑departmental efforts with precision. Experience working within union properties or unionized environments is essential. They thrive in fast‑paced, high‑stakes settings, demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, and consistently deliver elevated event experiences that align with both client expectations and hotel standards.
