Requirements

6â8+ years of experience in managing corporate events, preferably in B2B or SaaS sectors
Proven track record of executing multi-day events with executive exposure
Strong skills in budgeting and vendor negotiation for large-scale programs
Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high organizational standards
Proficiency in event platforms and project management tools, experience with Salesforce/Marketo is a plus

Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for national events and trade shows
Lead vendor negotiations and manage event budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align event objectives
Ensure events meet brand and quality standards through effective communication
Develop standardized processes and report on event performance for continuous improvement
Cultivate relationships with vendors and production partners to ensure reliable execution
