We are seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide high-impact support to the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration (EVPFA) and the Chief Investment Officer. In this highly visible, part-time role , you will be a trusted partner—ensuring seamless operations, driving efficiency, and enabling strategic decision-making at the highest levels. The hiring range for this position is $44.2k - $47.5k. Why This Role Matters This is more than administrative support. What You Will Do Drive Executive Effectiveness Manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities with precision and foresight Ensure leaders are fully prepared with briefings, materials, and logistics Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise Be a Trusted Point of Contact Interface with senior leaders, faculty, trustees, and external partners Triage and manage inquiries with sound judgment and professionalism Draft high-level communications aligned with institutional priorities Ensure Operational Excellence Oversee daily office operations with accuracy and consistency Support budgeting, documentation, and administrative systems Maintain organized records and ensure smooth coordination across teams Support High-Level Meetings & Governance Coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials for executive and board-level discussions Capture key decisions and follow up on action items Manage logistics for internal and external engagements Contribute to Projects & Process Improvement Support special initiatives and cross-functional efforts Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Ensure deliverables are timely, accurate, and impactful What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 5–8+ years of executive-level administrative support Experience supporting senior leaders (SVP level or above preferred) Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Clear, professional communication skills A proactive, service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail Work Arrangement 50% FTE (part-time) Schedule is open for conversation Office-based environment Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to: Work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives Build deep visibility across the organization Contribute meaningfully while maintaining part-time flexibility Ready to make an impact behind the scenes—where it matters most?
