The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the SVP & Chief Communications Officer. In this role, you’ll work directly with the CCO and communications organization and will be responsible for a mix of administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate and personal information, and bring a blend of professionalism, passion and flexibility to the role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working at a senior and/or executive administrative level with at least 3 years of experience supporting VP+

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and manage executive calendar - resolve conflicts and align time with priorities
  • Partner with communications teams and others on internal and external communications
  • Organize and ensure content preparedness for internal and external meetings and special events, including all hands, off-sites, culture events, and team building
  • Actively participate in meetings for notetaking and follow-up documentation
  • Anticipate critical rhythm of the business initiatives
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders and procurement requisitions in accordance with budget and department and company-wide policies and standards
  • Answer, screen and route internal and external correspondence, requests, and communications
  • Provide back-up support for other executive assistants when needed and champion the admin community
  • Maintain email distribution lists / aliases
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Act as a point of contact with workplace services to meet facility needs
  • Drive improvements in systems, tools, and processes, and establish and share best practices
  • Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement, discretion and a high degree of maturity/professionalism
  • Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction

  • The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $173,000.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

  • The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
