About The Position

The Senior Executive Assistant supports Eriez’ Board and Global Leadership Team by enabling executive operations, governance coordination, and People & Culture program execution. This role works closely with the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and multiple corporate executives to support leadership workflows, prepare executive materials, contribute to program development and ensure alignment and follow-through on key initiatives. This position is a valued contributor to the Global HR team and holds functional responsibility for defined components of People & Culture initiatives. Core job responsibilities focus on these key areas: Board Administration and Director Support - Provide high-level coordination and administrative support for the Board of Directors, Chairman, and Board committees, ensuring effective governance processes, accurate documentation, and professional meeting management. Executive Operations - Partner with CEO and global leadership team to support day-to-day executive operations, including meeting and event planning, corporate records coordination, materials preparation, and tracking of priorities and action items. Global HR Programs and Reporting - Support global People & Culture programs by coordinating and contributing to workforce planning activities, systems and tools support, and HR analytics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility across the organization. Legal and Risk Coordination - Provide administrative and coordination support for legal, compliance, and risk activities, including NDA administration, documentation management, and support of corporate insurance and audit processes.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or corporate functions
  • Proficiency with legal documentation and contract administration processes, including identifying non-standard terms and routing for appropriate review
  • Familiarity with core HR/People & Culture processes, programs, and data
  • Exposure to corporate insurance programs, including broker coordination and renewal support
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with reports and data
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; HR systems & tools experience preferred
  • Active Notary Public commission preferred; ability to obtain upon hire if not currently licensed.
