About The Position

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Foodservice and On Premise (FSOP) East Region and Roark Teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring seamless execution of administrative responsibilities while enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. In addition to executive administrative support, this role plays a key role in supporting team initiatives, customer engagements, and leadership events. The position offers broad exposure to the FSOP organization and provides meaningful opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., calendar systems, travel booking platforms, expense reporting tools, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Executive administrative support, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting
  • Meeting, customer event, and leadership engagement coordination and execution
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management with strong organizational, prioritization, and confidentiality skills

Responsibilities

  • Executive Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives, including:
  • Travel planning, booking, and itinerary management
  • Expense report preparation, submission, and reconciliation
  • Calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization
  • Meeting coordination, logistics, and room bookings (virtual and in-person)
  • Act as a proactive partner to executives by anticipating needs, managing deadlines, and ensuring effective time management
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Team & Organizational Support Support FSOP East Region and Roark Teams with planning and execution of customer meetings, events, and engagements
  • Assist with leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation, materials coordination, and follow-up actions
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership direction, initiatives, and communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate with internal partners as needed
  • Operational Excellence Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in administrative processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and administrative best practices
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners related to supported leaders and teams
