The Field Service Engineer has responsibility for leading and executing customer-facing installations, site MRI lab build-outs, system modifications, and ongoing service and maintenance for Imricor systems, including the Advantage System and all third-party equipment. This role coordinates and project manages all technical aspects of our product performance to ensure safe, timely, and compliant installations, successful clinical use, and high customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.
