About The Position

True Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to partner closely with the Controller in leading the finance and accounting function and supporting a multi-year ERP implementation and broader finance transformation improvement initiatives. This is a senior-level, hands-on role, suited for a seasoned finance professional who combines deep accounting expertise with strong leadership skills and a collaborative, operational mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ten or more years of related experience required.

Nice To Haves

• ERP implementation experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing or asset-intensive background preferred.
• MBA, CPA and/or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Controller in overseeing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Partner to assist in managing the organization’s budgeting and financial analysis/forecasting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports to support high-level strategic planning for ownership.
• Partner to lead and support ERP implementation.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable reporting for Executive Leadership.
• Manage finance process improvement transformation initiatives including development of a new budget and GL process to align with the organization’s mission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for budgetary alignment throughout the organization.
• Monitor various economic scenarios along with business changes to manager risks and make business recommendations and optimize cash flow.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to lead and develop the internal accounting team members.
• Establishes and maintains internal auditing procedures.
• Liaison with external auditors and advisors.
• Improve forecasting, inventory accounting, and management reporting.
