The Finance Team: Our Finance team sits at the center of the business — providing the financial insight, discipline, and strategic support that allows the company to grow confidently. The Opportunity As Senior Financial Accountant, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of a rapidly expanding multi-entity organization. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of key accounting processes, support the month-end close, ensure balance sheet accuracy, and help strengthen financial reporting and controls. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business and contribute to building scalable processes that support our continued global expansion. This role is ideal for a hands-on accountant who enjoys ownership, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to grow alongside a high-performing SaaS company.

Requirements

  • CPA qualification or actively working toward completion
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting within a complex environment
  • Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and core accounting processes
  • Experience developing accounting policies and internal controls
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP (IFRS exposure beneficial)
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A meticulous approach to reviewing financial data and resolving discrepancies
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret results beyond “it balances”
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communication skills across finance and non-finance teams
  • A collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or multinational organizations

Responsibilities

  • Owning key components of the month-end close within a modern ERP environment, including journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Maintaining high-integrity balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances quickly and effectively
  • Delivering clear financial insights and variance analysis to support management decision-making
  • Supporting multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting across international entities
  • Assisting with audit and compliance processes, preparing schedules, documentation, and supporting audit queries
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial data flows across the organization
  • Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation, with a focus on automation and scalability
  • Using financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel models to maintain data integrity and reporting excellence
