Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Hospitality, Real Estate and/or Finance
Experience and/or course workload must consist of Excel and financial modeling
Relevant work/internship experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, or other applicable areas
Basic knowledge of hospitality real estate markets, including operations, debt/equity structures and exhibits familiarity with real estate terminology
Ability to think critically
Keen attention to detail
Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time or more depending on current business activity
Ability to re-locate to Atlanta, GA and work in the corporate office 3 – 5 days per week
Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work well and collaborate with others as well as be self-directed and independent to achieve project deadlines
Ability to identify opportunities to create/improve existing models and analyst practices
Business writing ability
Strong computer skills: Excel (modeling and analysis), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, online research tools
