Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

Nice To Haves

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated cost models that provide strategic financial intelligence
• Manage financial planning and analysis, creating both near-term and long-term forecasts
• Design scalable reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility into silicon program performance
• Craft comprehensive financial and operational performance metrics for senior leadership
• Drive financial rigor and strategic controllership across complex, high-value technical programs
