About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A plays a key role in driving business performance through financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This position partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, enhance financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

3-6 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in FP&A, corporate finance, or banking.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
Proven self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive proactive solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building relationships and collaborating across functions, cultures and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret financial results, providing insights on trends, variances, and key business drivers.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards to support business planning.
Develop and maintain financial models and reports for senior management.
Support affiliate and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide financial guidance to stakeholders and business units to achieve targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and analysis.
Create presentation materials and business review decks for leadership.
Collaborate across functions to resolve issues, align on assumptions, and drive results.
Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
