Value Drug Company and its subsidiaries—including Value Specialty Pharmacy and Restore LTC—are seeking a talented Financial Analyst who values continuous learning and growth to join our modernizing finance team. Why This Role? As our Senior Financial Analyst/FP&A, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, driving financial visibility and performance management across the organization. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, support the CFO, and help shape the future of our finance operations through data-driven analysis, forecasting, and innovative financial insights. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year projections (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow). Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities. Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year. Support the CFO with board-level reporting, strategic planning, and liquidity management initiatives. Drive improvements in cash flow forecasting, working capital analytics, and scenario modeling. Enhance financial models and dashboards to improve visibility into profitability, operating trends, and business performance. Assist with banking and covenant compliance reporting, including the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio (FCCR) and other ABL metrics. Develop KPIs, scorecards, and analytical tools to monitor business and operational performance. Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to ensure consistency between financial reporting and operational metrics. Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems, tools, and reporting automation (e.g., Power BI, Great Plains enhancements, etc.). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of cash flow, working capital, and financial covenant compliance preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • experience with Power BI, Great Plains, or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience in distribution, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries a plus.
