About the Role: The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A to support the Finance team in a variety of corporate finance initiatives solving critical finance, strategy, and operations-related problems across the organization. This role offers a unique ability to work across teams to see how a fast-growing business operates and is a great platform to learn how to operationalize change at scale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong attention to detail, and can multi-task in a results-oriented environment. This is a highly visible role that interacts regularly with executive management. You must be comfortable working under deadlines and cross-collaborating. You will be involved in various initiatives centered around short and long-term financial planning, capital budgeting, and creating materials to present key operational and financial metrics to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
  • Experience leading or supporting financial due diligence
  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Aleph, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)
  • Client or industry experience in Technology, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Energy

Responsibilities

  • Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by partnering with business leaders across the organization to gather inputs, track performance, and deliver accurate and timely financial plans
  • Own and manage the company's planning platform, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accuracy for financial reporting and analysis
  • Build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting; perform sensitivity, scenario, and variance analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making
  • Create and support monthly executive team reports, board materials & ad-hoc reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting, and other teams to ensure Finance model assumptions reflect the latest business inputs
  • Provide analytical support on key projects and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Mentor and train junior staff
