Role reports to: Finance Manager Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Financial Analyst for Oral Care will provide financial leadership in helping to lead the business by evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities for growth, collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate pipeline innovation opportunities, and proactively making recommendations to manage short and long-term financial commitments.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- A minimum of three years of finance/accounting or related business experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong general business acumen and technical skills in forecasting, accounting, and investment analytics (i.e., Net Present Value, etc.)
- Strong ability to collaborate with business partners across organizational levels while balancing a complex portfolio of products in a cross-functional environment
- Experience building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization is preferred
- Strong framing, communication and influencing skills
Nice To Haves
- A MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification(s) are preferred
- Experience with SAP and OneStream is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Oral Care squad
- Provide analytical and strategic support for enterprise decision making in partnership with local marketing, sales, demand planning, project management and global marketing counterparts
- Support full marketing P&L management in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including ongoing assessments of risks versus opportunities
- Brand marketing expense management and investment optimization to support our forecast commitments
- Direct partnership with category leads for sales forecasting and budgeting
- Deliver timely and accurate cost and financial information related to forecasts, new products and budgets
- Support ad hoc projects, presentations and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management
