About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial insights and influencing strategic business decisions across the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing net revenue trends, developing financial models, and delivering high-impact reporting to executive leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in corporate financial analysis or a similar role delivering actionable insights and process improvements
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in SQL and Power BI is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex data into clear recommendations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Adaptability and curiosity to learn new tools, methodologies, and processes

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly net revenue reporting and provide operating and financial variance analyses to inform strategic business decisions
  • Compile, interpret, and present large sets of healthcare or financial data for performance reviews and ad hoc reporting
  • Prepare and review revenue calculations across multiple streams to support forecasting and financial planning
  • Develop process improvements through automation, standardization, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Respond to executive-level requests with timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of reporting and analytics
