About The Position

This individual will maintain ownership over all financial analytics surrounding a portfolio of several properties. An ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, departments, and individuals is a critical component of this role.  This role will be supported by, and provide support to, the accounting, operations, asset management, IT, and several other teams.  This role requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting. Our ideal candidate is someone who possess all the necessary technical skills but is also excited about working in a team setting.

Requirements

• College Degree, required—Preferred Major is finance, real estate, or accounting
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong excel skills are required
• Experience with accounting and an understanding of all financial statements is preferred
• Experience in real estate and/or hospitality is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Providing forward-looking guidance and historical variance analysis.
• Creating and monitoring financial analytics, such as KPIs, to help drive strategic business decisions.
• Assisting in the evaluation, planning, and management of capital deployment.
• Creating budgets and assisting in business plan development.
