HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their system digitalization IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main vendors in the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HR solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing As a Financial Controller, you will provide the Group Finance Department with economic and financial analysis (covering both France and international perimeters). Your key activities will include:

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or a top-tier Business School.
  • 10+ years of proven track record in financial planning and management control.
  • Strong command of financial fundamentals and corporate reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP FI/CO is highly appreciated.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with analytical tools.
  • Rigor, strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and a service-oriented approach toward operational partners.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Flexible and open to occasional travel to meet with business partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI , Projector or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing financial performance (Revenue, margins, costs, and profitability).
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyzing discrepancies between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Reporting: Producing financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to the enhancement of management control tools and processes.
  • Monthly Closing: Participating in monthly closing activities in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Operational Support: Partnering with operational teams to guide the economic management of their activities.
