About The Position

Provide advanced Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation and imagery intelligence (IMINT) analysis supporting Special Operations missions and the F3EA targeting methodology. Produce detailed regional and point analysis products; operate in time-sensitive environments; and support mission-ready reporting and briefings. Must be able to deploy as required and complete ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Minimum six (6) years operational and tactical intelligence experience, including targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
  • Minimum four (4) years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience within the last six (6) years.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform advanced FMV/IMINT exploitation supporting the F3EA targeting methodology.
  • Proficiency using intelligence exploitation tools, imagery/FMV PED workflows, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong briefing skills and ability to produce clear, concise written analytic products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-tempo, time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to meet typing requirement of 35 WPM; Government may test typing during skills verification.
  • Willingness and ability to attend Government-provided ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) training and perform ITC duties as required.
  • Willingness to support shift work, non-standard schedules, and potential short-notice worldwide deployment in support of mission needs.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required at start. Must be able to obtain/maintain required accesses per customer mission (e.g., SCI within required timelines).

Responsibilities

  • Exploit FMV/IMINT to identify, characterize, and track targets/activities supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA).
  • Produce and QC imagery-derived products (annotated imagery, target packages, assessments, briefings).
  • Integrate targeting, geospatial, and intelligence systems to support operational decision-making.
  • Brief customers and leadership; communicate clearly in written products and oral updates.
  • Lead select tasks and support mentoring/junior analyst direction as assigned.
  • Maintain professionalism; perform shift work and respond to time-sensitive tasking.
  • Complete Government-provided ITC training; maintain ability to type 35 WPM (skills verification may include typing test).
