About The Position

Fourth is the world’s largest and fastest-growing global leader of end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management technology solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering a world-class SaaS experience for our clients by building long-term partnerships starting from the first phone call. We know our recipe for success at Fourth is our amazing team... and that starts with hiring the right people! Interested in joining our smart, fun, and talented team? We are seeking Senior Forward Deployed Engineers (Senior FDEs) to join our iQ360 team. This is not a standard engineering role. It’s a hybrid position for individuals who bring together: · Technical depth – you can design, prototype, and oversee complex solutions. · Strategic consulting experience – you understand enterprise transformation and can navigate C-suite conversations. · Change leadership – you know how to drive adoption, enable behavior change, and deliver measurable ROI. As a Senior FDE, you will be embedded with our largest and most strategic customers, ensuring our technology is not just implemented but drives real business performance outcomes. You will lead technical engagements, act as a trusted advisor to executives, and mentor junior FDEs, all while influencing the evolution of our platform through real-world insights.

Requirements

  • Top-tier consulting experience – former Senior Consultant / Manager / Principal from a global consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, Oliver Wyman, etc.) with exposure to enterprise transformation programs.
  • Technical fluency – comfort with APIs, data platforms, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and enterprise IT landscapes. Not a career coder, but able to design, review, and prototype with credibility.
  • Strategic operator – proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, design business cases, and link technology to commercial outcomes.
  • Change management expertise – experience leading transformation programs, including training, adoption, and behavior change.

  • Oversee rapid prototyping and ensure scalable, long-term adoption patterns.
  • Drive change management initiatives, from stakeholder buy-in to end-user adoption.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and validate ROI realization.
  • Coach and develop Associate and mid-level FDEs, raising the standard of field engineering across the team.
  • Codify best practices for customer delivery, adoption, and field execution.
  • Capture and prioritize customer requirements, adoption blockers, and new opportunities.
  • Partner with Product & Intelligence teams to shape roadmap direction and AI capabilities.
