In this position... We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Architect / Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focus) to help design and deliver modern, scalable digital experiences. What you'll do... You'll work side-by-side with engineers, designers, and product owners to architect, build, validate, and release software iteratively—shipping meaningful improvements early and often. You'll thrive in a Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) environment, bringing strong engineering practices (pairing/mobbing, TDD, CI/CD, continuous discovery and delivery) while mentoring teammates and elevating code quality, architecture, and delivery standards across the team. This is a “player/coach” role: strategic thinking, pragmatic architecture, and deep hands-on execution. Technologies you'll work with (and help standardize): Front end: React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern CSS UX engineering: design systems, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility and performance best practices Platform/experience delivery: micro-frontends (MFE) patterns and integration Content & web experience: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full-stack foundations: Node.js and APIs (REST/GraphQL), integration patterns, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines. Cloud & delivery: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CI/CD using Tekton (plus modern pipeline and automation practices) You'll have... This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $97,140-162,540. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $113,580-190,500. Requirements
