About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Client is building an Agentic AI health platform to focus on risk stratification for chronic diseases by creating a value based PMPM model to increase longevity by attacking these conditions. As their main goal is to focus on lifestyle based pathways,
they are starting with weight loss management and diabetes.
Need is to establish a team who can work with in US and come to customer
meetings with him to lay out Data analytics, population health risk
stratification and other thoughts.

Requirements

• Software Design: Proven expertise in using best practices and patterns (Monolith, Microservice, and Serverless) during application design and implementation
• Fullstack Development: In-depth proficiency in Java technologies, and Angular
• Expertise in implementing applications using defensive programming
• Successful track record in developing web applications using advanced framework features and industry-standard conventions
• Database & Performance: Practical experience in writing and performance tuning of complex SQL
• Quality Assurance: Previous experience in conducting code reviews and setting up quality metrics
• Deployment & Cloud: Hands-on experience with application deployment patterns and infrastructure configuration using popular cloud providers

Nice To Haves

• Experience in configuring application security aspects
• Practical experience in application performance optimization

Responsibilities

• Must be based in the Bay Area. This full-stack engineer must understand user needs/ issues in real time and plan the fix, and deploy the solution using vibe-coding or similar methods to solve customer problems within 12 hours
• Design & Implementation: Lead the development of applications using Angular and Java, ensuring they follow strict software engineering principles
• Code Quality: Take ownership of maintaining the defined level of code quality across the project through rigorous reviews and metric monitoring
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Make required infrastructural changes to ensure successful application deployment across cloud environments
• Team Leadership: Mentor team to foster technical growth and participate in conducting technical interviews for the team
• System Evolution: Participate in constant quality improvement by setting up and monitoring key performance and quality metrics
