About The Position

Fidelity Wealth – Wealth Solutions Engineering Chapter Area is looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to build and support world-class products for its business-critical Wealth Implementation and Experiences Product Area. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to own entire features from concept to deployment working on cross-functional teams. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, and continue to learn. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who work well in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-paced environment. We work in a dynamic agile environment. As a hands-on developer, you will be responsible for delivering new products and services using hybrid technology stack -- Angular, REST, and Java. You will also work with our technology team in defining and implementing engineering solutions for our technology products. You will be expected to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our web applications and will work with the team to deliver outstanding solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
5+ years of experience with modern MV/SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS)
Hands-on with API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, NodeJS, Swagger)
Experience with Test automation (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright) Unit, Integration and Functional Tests
Champion and advocate of Test Driven Development, Unit testing using frameworks and tools like Jest and Jasmine
Proficiency with AWS services for deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
Have worked in an Agile software delivery environment in both a small team and independently.
Ability to troubleshoot and work on production issues utilizing various tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
Fully hands on with application builds and deploys using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, artifactory, uDeploy, GitHub, etc.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.
Experience in implementing Micro services Architecture & building / deploying highly automated, scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
