About The Position

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI compliance platform to find their next Senior Full-Stack Engineer. This Y Combinator-backed company just closed a $32M Series A at a $300M valuation. They've grown from 100 to 500+ customers in six months, including AI unicorns you've heard of. The founding team are AI researchers from MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley who dropped out to build this. You won't be a cog in a machine. You'll lead system design, ship high-impact features, and help mentor a growing engineering team. The founders started by solving their own compliance pain - they know the problem deeply and move fast.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years building production-grade products
• Strong technical breadth across React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, Postgres
• Deep experience with system design and architecture in fast-moving environments
• Track record of end-to-end ownership - you've led complex features or systems
• Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge
• Excellent product sense - you know what good UX looks like

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and architecture for core features and infrastructure
• Ship full-stack product features across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers - foster a culture of technical excellence
• Translate high-level product goals into scalable backend and frontend implementations
• Own major product areas and be accountable for reliability, performance, and extensibility
• Touch every part of the stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Tailwind CSS
