About The Position
HYSR Technology Consulting is a technology consultancy accelerating digital transformation for major market players. We specialize in strategic Staff Augmentation, connecting high-performance talent with cutting-edge projects demanding technical excellence and innovation. We're seeking a Senior Engineer (AI / Fullstack) passionate about replacing legacy systems with generative AI and modern data infrastructure. You'll experiment with and productize AI features to build scalable, intelligent systems for global clients. You'll be working on: Experimenting with and productizing AI-driven features using generative AI and computer vision. Major feature development in Node.js (90%) and Java (10%) services. Breaking down large projects, collaborating with engineering teams, maintaining high code quality. Owning technical and organizational decisions in your focus areas. Full-stack development including React frontend and AI integrations.
Requirements
- Professional experience with generative AI tooling (OpenAI, VertexAI, Llama, etc.).
- Production code in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
- Experience in small, fast-moving teams where you "wore many hats".
- Strong attention to detail and edge case handling.
- Self-starter: identify problems, design solutions, execute independently.
- Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.
Nice To Haves
- Production experience with Java.
- Experience with PDF processing or document automation programmatically.
- Other languages: Python, Ruby, C#, Go.
- Cloud experience (GCP, Azure, AWS) with Kubernetes/Docker.
- Intermediate/Advanced English for global project collaboration.
