The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform. You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our real estate strategies, ensuring that we meet our corporate objectives while fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of corporate real estate experience, including strategy development.
  • Proven ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of successful leadership of teams.
  • Experience with real estate portfolio management and tenant negotiations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and government relations in real estate.
  • Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Business, or Management.
  • Significant experience with a diverse real estate portfolio.
