We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer, Paid Media to lead creative execution and direction across our paid advertising initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on; responsible for setting the creative bar, driving performance-led design decisions, and leading day-to-day output across paid channels. This is not a generalist design role. You will own paid media creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms; ensuring all assets are performance-first, scalable, and optimized for growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, move quickly, think strategically, and understand how to translate performance data into creative direction. You are comfortable leading creative conversations with media buyers while also executing high-quality work yourself.
