The Senior Ground Systems Engineer (GSE) is responsible for the integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support of complex ground system environments supporting mission and test operations. This role serves as the technical bridge between subsystem engineering teams, operations personnel, and end customers to ensure ground segment readiness, reliability, and mission success. The GSE provides hands-on system administration expertise, leads fault isolation efforts, supports integration events, and ensures ground systems are configured in accordance with test objectives and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in operational work environment with 24/7 support.
  • Experience supporting integration and operational testing in structured environments.
  • Experience developing technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides.
  • Active DoD 8570 Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
