Requirements

8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles.
2+ years of experience in people management, including hiring and coaching.
Proven experience in scaling product development processes and operating frameworks.
Ability to design and implement systems and workflows adopted across large teams.
Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills for creating clear narratives.
Experience managing high-performing teams.
Comfortable working with data and dashboards for visibility and improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve core processes and operating standards for product operations.
