About Force Fleet Our flagship solution, Force Fleet, helps small and mid-sized businesses run smarter fleets by providing real-time GPS location tracking, vehicle health and maintenance monitoring, driver safety management, dashcam video clips, and AI-powered operational intelligence. Our mission is simple: simplify operations, reduce risk, and lower vehicle-related costs for fleet-based businesses. We’ve grown rapidly through strong product-market fit and partner ecosystems (including integrations with leading field service platforms like Housecall Pro). Now we’re entering the next phase: building a modern, AI-powered growth engine. That’s where you come in. The Role We are hiring our first Senior Growth Marketing Lead to design, build, and operate Force Fleet’s growth function. You will own the full growth funnel, from acquisition to activation to lifecycle engagement, and move quickly to launch experiments that drive measurable revenue impact. This is a builder role, not a coordinator or management role. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and have immediate ownership of a meaningful growth budget to test and scale initiatives. Requirements

  • You are a subject matter expert with strong opinions on the future of growth marketing
  • Completed growth-centric educational / training programs like those offered by Reforge
  • Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth
  • Have worked in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS; bonus points for IoT experience
  • Love experimentation and building systems from scratch
  • Are highly comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and can follow the data
  • Are comfortable launching and measuring experiments quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Have worked in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS; bonus points for IoT experience
