About the position

We’re looking for a data-driven, results-obsessed Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of paid media for our brand. You’ll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, while shaping the future of our digital marketing efforts. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to accelerate performance across all key channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, media planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to meet growth KPIs.
  • Lead across all paid channels including paid search, paid social, display, video, shopping, affiliates, & additional text opportunities.
  • Monitor platform performance regularly, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and proactively test new platforms, tools, and strategies.
  • Craft and communicate marketing plans with clear KPIs, insights, and action plans for stakeholders.
  • Oversee campaign briefs and ensure alignment between media strategy, creative direction, testing plans, and business goals.
  • Manage and optimize the monthly paid media budget to meet acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify performance trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop creative solutions to improve KPIs such as net sales, LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to run robust A/B tests across audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages, and user journeys.
  • Oversee accurate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and ad platforms.
  • Inform budget allocations and channel mix based on data-driven insights and real-time performance.
  • Manage internal and external relationships and ensure alignment with brand goals and broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, creative, eCommerce, and operations to drive integrated growth strategies.
  • Partner with platform reps to build joint business plans, leverage industry insights, and optimize strategy.
  • Support and evolve the brand’s roadmap, helping to drive innovation and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media efforts and hitting key performance metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and turn insights into strategy.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; comfortable building models and analyzing performance at a granular level.
  • Experience with ad operations, including GTM implementation, pixel setup, and attribution tools.
  • Highly creative with a strong understanding of audience targeting, user journeys, and ad copy that converts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms including GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM, and attribution tools.
  • Strong collaborator and relationship-builder who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
