Paid social is at the core of our customer acquisition engine. We’re seeking a hands-on performance marketer to lead the strategy and execution of our paid social efforts—someone skilled in campaign management, creative alignment, and data-driven optimization. For the right candidate, this role offers significant growth potential, expanding into global markets and eventually overseeing all acquisition channels, including influencers, paid search, social commerce, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid social campaigns, with an initial focus on Meta + YouTube in North America before scaling into new platforms and global markets, with agency support as needed.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and optimization to balance efficient CAC with long-term subscription growth and contribution margin.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats, leveraging AI/ML tools for accelerated insights.
  • Track viral trends and competitor success, combining them with internal performance data to shape ad production.
  • Provide actionable feedback to creative teams, and hold internal/external editors and designers accountable for producing creative that drives both acquisition and brand equity.
  • Partner with UX + Tech teams to optimize landing pages, offers, and gift-with-purchase strategies to improve CvR, RPU, and customer quality.
  • Run structured experiments to build optimal LPs for a seamless customer journey.
  • Work with Influencer Marketing on boosting creator ads, securing whitelisting deals, and unifying messaging.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Organic Social to align paid campaigns with broader content strategy.
  • Partner with Analytics and Growth to refine attribution, reporting, and automation, driving net revenue growth while keeping MER within guardrails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years managing paid social campaigns at scale ($100K+/month), with a proven track record of optimizing CAC efficiency and driving subscription growth.
  • Passionate about delivering quick wins while thoughtfully expanding paid social into new platforms and global markets.
  • Skilled at translating campaign data into actionable insights that inform creative strategies and messaging that resonates.
  • Comfortable managing campaigns directly within platform ad managers - this role requires practical execution, not just strategy.
  • Exceptional communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, partnering effectively with creative, brand, influencer, and analytics stakeholders.
  • Experienced with attribution tools, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation platforms, always seeking innovative ways to improve performance.
