About the position

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel marketing strategies and experiments that accelerate business growth. This role operates at the intersection of multiple teams, collaborating with performance marketing, sales, customer success, product, design, and content to identify opportunities and execute initiatives that impact acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, using insights from experiments to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and improve customer experiences. You will own growth loops, lifecycle programs, and performance measurement, while contributing to the development of scalable marketing initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping marketing strategies that fuel sustainable growth and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing tests across channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, performance marketing, product marketing, customer success, content, and design teams to identify opportunities and execute campaigns.
  • Build, scale, and manage experiments across email, paid media, in-product messaging, landing pages, and lifecycle programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and communicate results to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
  • Design scalable marketing campaigns and programs that enhance customer experience and maximize lifetime value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging tools to identify new growth levers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ years in growth marketing, product-led growth, or self-serve customer acquisition models.
  • Proven success in building, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks, conversion rate optimization, segmentation, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA4, Marketo, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Test-and-learn mindset with a willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.

  • Experience in SaaS/B2B tech.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or personalization tools.
  • Experience in ad tech/martech ecosystems.
