Lead full cycle recruiting for scaling our Go-to-Market positions across Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and move the needle. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Serve as a mentor to other members of the team to help scale internal recruiting practices
