About The Position

Lead full cycle recruiting for scaling our Go-to-Market positions across Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and move the needle. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Serve as a mentor to other members of the team to help scale internal recruiting practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in scaling GTM teams in a high growth environment
  • Demonstrated success in developing sophisticated top-of-funnel strategies and managing evergreen pipelines that deliver quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are comfortable with data. You know your conversion rates and use them to manage expectations and drive results.
  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of outcome, and persist until right hire is made.
  • Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.
  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity
