Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Typically 6-10 years of experience in project management.
Extensive experience with project and program planning tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen with successful program management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development.
Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs.
Monitor project team activities and ensure progress towards established goals.
Communicate progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders.
