Are you ready to go beyond? The Digital Technology HR Partner is a strategic individual contributor who provides human resources leadership to key business initiatives. This role is responsible for driving HR priorities and strategies to support business objectives, including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, compensation, policy compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will live within a 60 mile radius of a Pratt & Whitney location based in either the U.S. or Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience, OR an Advanced Degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position.
  • The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to activate enterprise-wide people strategies that support business goals and organizational health.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development for your client groups.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Provide coaching and strategic thought partnership to leaders on organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Proactive Solutions: Anticipate workforce needs and proactively shape solutions around talent, organizational structure, and capability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) like Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to ensure the seamless delivery of key HR processes and programs
  • Advisory & Counseling: Advise and counsel leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Change Facilitation: Facilitate organizational change and foster the linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
  • Complex Leadership: Effectively lead within a complex matrix environment, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders to drive results.
