What You’ll do The Senior HR Data Analyst is a strategic partner to HR and business leadership, responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that inform decision-making at all levels. The ideal candidate will also champion the use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to elevate HR’s analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
