About The Position

This role is responsible for leading HR technology initiatives focused on benefits and absence management within a global HR ecosystem. The Senior HR Technology Analyst will configure, support, and optimize Workday solutions, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive user experience. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT, COEs, and other stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. The position requires analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions. The analyst will also support global projects, system releases, and provide Tier-2 support for end users, contributing to efficient and effective HR operations worldwide.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Workday Total Rewards configuration (Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Mobility, Payroll)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and presentation skills
  • Experience with agile project delivery and creating EIB files for mass business transactions
  • Ability to influence without authority, act with urgency, and work in a global, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Workday Pro certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with third-party HR technologies (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver configuration, enhancements, and operational changes in Workday Total Rewards modules, including Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Payroll
  • Partner with HR, IT, and COEs to gather complex business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
  • Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions including data and security adjustments to meet business needs
  • Support Workday releases, enhancements, and feature implementations, including testing and validation of new functionality
  • Maintain knowledge of key pain points and improvement opportunities for HR technology systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end users
  • Provide Tier-2 support, troubleshooting, and training guidance for global HR users
