Contrarian Thinking is looking for a Senior HubSpot Lead who thrives at the intersection of CRM architecture, automation, and technical execution. This role is for someone who enjoys building clean systems, fixing messy ones, and making HubSpot actually function the way a growing company needs it to. You will partner with the Head of Revenue & the Head of Marketing on the technical build and architecture of our HubSpot ecosystem. You will have support on system strategy, requirements, and you will help implement, maintain, and optimize scalable HubSpot solutions that support marketing, sales, member success, partnerships, and operations. You will also work across our broader GTM tech stack to ensure integrations, data flow, and automation function cleanly across systems and support the full customer journey.
