We provide full-service HVAC solutions—from design and fabrication to installation, service, and maintenance. Our work spans a wide range of systems, including: Heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation systems Gas, oil, and propane heating systems and boilers Ductless and fully ducted AC systems Rooftop units and indoor air quality solutions Custom ductwork and metal fabrication Position Overview We’re seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to maximize their earning potential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • 8+ years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across a wide range of HVAC systems
  • Experience with: Forced air, ductless, and hydronic systems
  • Gas, oil, and electric equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
  • Experience presenting repair/replacement options to customers
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic sheet metal knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Follow company safety standards and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance
